When does Figbo deliver my order?

Figbo monthly subscription boxes delivers between the 15-20 of each month, weekly subscription boxes are delivered by UPS, USPS or FEDEX on Fridays or Saturdays.

Can I skip one delivery?

If you want to skip a subscription delivery for any reason, login to your account and click on the Edit button in your subscriptions. On the subscription page, click on Skip Next Renewal button. Make sure you skip before the subscription re-bill/renew date.

When does Figbo charge my credit card?

Figbo will charge your credit card immediately for the first-time. Figbo will re-bill on 22nd of the month for the next month's delivery. For weekly and bi-weekly deliveries, the re-bill day is Saturday for the next week's delivery.
